Men's Mental Health Support
Affordable one-to-one private men's mental health support in Norwich and across the county of Norfolk.
"The importance of receiving mental health support is the key to helping a person avoid a life of suffering."
"Three out of four people who die by suicide are men."
"Cultural differences and socio-economic disadvantages can also hinder men's ability to seek support."
"Men are significantly less likely to access help than women."
"Men are more likely to feel embarrassed or ashamed to speak about their mental health concerns, with stigma being a significant factor in their reluctance to seek help."

"Hello, I'm Robin, thank you for looking at my website!!"

"Now in my early 60s, I have had a number of significant mental health challenges throughout my life, and have often found it almost impossible to cope. As a Mental Health First Aider, with extensive mental health support training, I can therefore provide an understanding, listening ear - independent of friends, family and work colleagues - to help you through these challenging and difficult times. Whatever it is you are going through, whatever challenges you are facing in your life, talking about things
really
can help. From someone who has been on the edge - many times - don't give up ... there is
always
a way through!"
You are not alone!
"1 in 8 men in England experience common mental health problems like anxiety and depression."
Don't delay; talk to someone now. It really can change your life!

I believe private mental health support should be available to
everyone, not just for those who can afford it! So I charge just
£25.00 per session (approx. 45 mins) in Norwich, and
£35.00 across the rest of Norfolk. At present I only provide home/work/location visits, however I do plan to open a studio based in Norwich shortly too.
"Your mental health matters!"
Please note: I do not operate a 24/7 emergency call line - if you need help urgently call the NHS on 111, and ask for mental health services, call the Samaritans on 116 123, text SHOUT (a free, confidential and available 24/7) on 85258, or download the Stay Alive app. Or

for a support directory of over 50 mental health services.
SUPPORT FOR ALL ... !

Although my focus is on men's mental health, I can, of course, provide anyone, anywhere in Norfolk, mental health help and support - regardless of gender, age, nationality or background. Please contact me for further details.
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR EMPLOYEES ...

By addressing mental health issues, businesses can significantly improve the general wellbeing of employees, reduce absenteeism and presenteeism, lower staff turnover, and increase productivity. If you run a business and are passionate about promoting positive mental health in the workplace, I can offer your employees independent mental health support. Independence is the key, as many employees just don't feel able to discuss their personal life and mental health issues at work, or with work colleagues. Note: This is not a counselling service, but a mental health support service for your workforce. Please contact me for further details.
MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT at events ...

I also provide mobile mental health support at events, festivals, concerts, community meetings, shows, sports events, business events etc., Wearing a green high-viz jacket with Mental Health Support on the back, I can patrol the location chatting to attendees, listening, supporting, promoting positive mental health, and signposting to other charities, groups and associations if required. Please contact me for further details.
