"I'm here to listen!"

Hi, I'm Robin, I'm based in Norwich, Norfolk, and provide men's mental health and wellness support across the region.

Don't suffer in silence; if you are struggling to cope, and want someone independent of friends, family and working colleagues to talk to, then please contact me.  I don't provide a telephone help-line service (there are lots or groups and organisation that you can call if you want to talk over the phone, a list will be online shortly), but provide private one-to-one meet ups across Norfolk.

I charge just £25.00 per session within Norwich greater ring-road, and £35.00 per session outside. We can talk informally at your home, or convenient and safe outside place, e.g. a park, café etc. I don't provide counselling, just listening and supporting you through your difficulties and challenges, and helping you back onto the path of positivity and recovery.

About me

Event Support

Wearing a green sweatshirt and a green Hi-Viz safety vest, both with MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT on the back, whether just for a few hours, or continuously across a few days, I provide mobile mental health support patrols for music festivals, sporting events, regional shows, local fêtes, pride events, marches etc., alongside a signposting service where attendees to your event can then seek further guidance, help and advice if needed. I am also able to source a marquee, chairs, tables etc., for static support, as well as other mental health trained professionals should you require more than one person.

Duties:

  • Patrolling your event engaging with attendees, listening to them, talking about positive mental health.
  • On site mental health crisis and wellness support.
  • Liaising with event organisers, security, Medical First Aid, emergency services etc.
  • Signposting for attendees needing further information e.g. groups, charities, organisations - local, regional and national etc., - where people needing or seeking further specialised professional guidance can go for more help.

If you are an event organiser anywhere across the region, and wish to offer mental health and wellbeing support for your attendees, please contact me for further details.
